After exiting my first venture, I immersed myself in consulting for startups and enterprises, taking on roles that deepened my expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture. Along the way, I discovered that the most valuable asset in tech isn't just the code—it's the team behind it.
This realization led me to co-found Castaway Labs, a technology consulting firm where I helped entrepreneurs transform ideas into scalable products. Over the years, I've tackled projects spanning AI-driven automation, competitive market analysis, and SaaS development, all while leading agile teams to execute high-impact solutions.
Today, my focus is on building tools that empower contractors and trade professionals through software. As the creator of TurnWrk, I'm developing a specialized platform to streamline property maintenance, contractor bidding, and workflow automation.
